I really like the design. Looks great and carries well. The only suggestion is to make the zipper “medal tags” a little bit bigger. Hard to grab at times.

The quality is great! My only opportunity with the bag is the button snap on the handles doesn't stay snapped in place but, overall, its a great bag and im glad I made the investment!
